A bug, an idea, a tope that never settled — say which one and in which circle, that is enough to find the trace.

Never. Chips are points: they cannot be bought, cannot be cashed out, and are worth nothing. What is actually at stake is the forfeit.

A football match settles itself from the real score, after the final whistle.

For everything else, the circle votes, or the referee named at creation decides. A tope waiting for a decision carries a “Call it” badge on the home screen, and the outcomes are tappable straight from the card.

Check that notifications are allowed for Tope in your phone settings. Without permission the app cannot send anything.

Match results arrive after the expected settlement time, not at the final whistle: up to about twenty minutes later.

Every tope carries a “Report” link. You can also block someone: you stop seeing their topes and they stop seeing yours.
